HIV Customer Representative - South Florida

Role: Field-based HIV Customer Representative responsible for engaging healthcare professionals in Southeast Florida, including Miami Dade and Broward counties, to support the company's HIV product portfolio and customer-centric strategies. Responsibilities: communicate product information tailored to customer needs, develop account plans, foster relationships with key stakeholders, and leverage technological channels for engagement. Focus on understanding practice dynamics, influencing beyond geography, and ensuring compliance with regulations. High-value: HIV therapeutics, specialty pharmacy channels, complex payer environments, account management, and multi-channel engagement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years sales experience or 6+ years in healthcare/scientific fields; valid driver’s license; willingness to travel 25%; bilingual skills (Spanish/English) preferred. Experience with infectious disease, HIV, or specialty products, complex healthcare environments, and key opinion leader engagement highly desirable. Work setup: remote with 25% travel within territory.
