Job Summary:
The Account Manager owns B2B customer relationships in large, complex healthcare delivery networks (e.g., health systems, State CDC awardees, major health departments, and FQHCs). Serves as the primary liaison with largest customers, engages C/D level clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to understand needs and priorities, and delivers a customized value proposition. Meets/exceeds sales performance objectives in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated territory business plan. Provides scientific/clinical information within the disease state and approved products. Delivers clinically brand sales presentations and uses a customer engagement selling model.

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Build partnerships with large-organized customers (IDNs, academic centers) and key decision-makers (e.g., CMO, Pharmacy Director, infectious disease specialists, P&T committee members)
- Achieve/exceed sales targets by executing an integrated key-account business plan
- Identify/engage key influencers and meet customer interaction expectations
- Plan/organize activities to optimize call metrics, coverage, and frequency
- Deliver comprehensive clinical brand presentations to appropriate HCPs
- Understand customer healthcare delivery systems (physician hierarchy, key pharmacy and nursing staff)
- Develop product and competitor knowledge; track market trends
- Analyze trends to set goals and craft product launch business plans
- Provide marketing feedback and develop territory plans with Regional Sales Director/brand team
- Manage territory budget; complete administrative tasks promptly
- Participate in training; maintain compliance with corporate/industry policies

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (relevant field)
- Valid driverโ€™s license
- Travel: up to 50%
- Minimum 5 years biotech/pharmaceutical experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- Product launch sales success; hepatology experience preferred
- Track record of achieving targets; complex account selling
- Health systems business model knowledge (P&T, formulary)
- Experience calling on C/D level in IDNs; lateral leadership in matrix organizations
- Data/trend analysis for business plans; flexibility; strong presentation/selling skills
- Passion for improving patient outcomes; compliance with regulatory/legal standards
- Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Vietnamese, or Tagalog (preferred)

Requirements:
- Travel up to 50% with potential overnight stays; lift/move up to 35 pounds
