Position Overview:
Hematology Therapeutic Specialist (Michigan/Ohio Territory)

Job Duties (What you’ll do):
- Achieve or exceed sales goals by promoting ADC Therapeutics hematology therapeutic products in a compliant and appropriate manner.
- Develop deep understanding of accounts and customer sentiment toward ZYNLONTA.
- Call on medical centers, academic institutions, satellite offices, hospital systems, IDNs, Cancer Centers, Oncology Practices, and oncology/hematology stakeholders as appropriate.
- Become an expert on ZYNLONTA’s clinical profile and articulate the value proposition to key stakeholders.
- Provide customer service and educate the customer base on ZYNLONTA with a patient-focused approach.
- Create and execute territory and account management plans using market data and insights.
- Act with integrity and comply with applicable laws and company policies.
- Participate in assigned training; maintain high market knowledge via continuous learning (products, indications, guidelines, market conditions, competitive activities, patient access, promotional trends).
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teammates in a patient-focused, compliant manner.
- Implement approved sales/marketing programs and resources.
- Complete administrative and training responsibilities timely and compliantly.
- Report Adverse Events (AEs) per company policy.
- Attend required meetings and training.

Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university (required).
- 5+ years in Pharmaceutical/Biotech/Medical Device industry (preferred).
- Oncology/Hematology experience (preferred).
- Buy and bill experience (preferred).
- Patient-focused, sense of urgency; established customer rapport in the geographic area (preferred).
- Strong communication (verbal/written), analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to comply with credentialing.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Travel: avg. 4 days/week within territory and as needed; may include weekend congress travel.
