Hematology Therapeutic Specialist (Miami)

Role: Hematology Therapeutic Specialist responsible for promoting ZYNLONTA in the Miami territory, focusing on education and driving demand among healthcare providers in the community setting. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, developing account plans, providing product education, and ensuring compliant customer engagement through deep account understanding and stakeholder interactions. The role involves territory management, fostering relationships with oncologists, hematologists, and hospital staff, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product adoption. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in pharma/biotech/medical device, with oncology/hematology experience preferred; bilingual in English/Spanish a plus. Skills include strong communication, relationship-building, analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Experience with buy-and-bill products, patient-focused approach, and existing customer relationships are advantageous.
