Role: Hematology Key Account Manager responsible for driving access, demand, and strategic growth of Takeda’s Hematology portfolio within assigned regions and key accounts. Core responsibilities include developing and executing territory and account plans, managing relationships with Hemophilia Treatment Centers, hospitals, IDNs, and other stakeholders, and leading formulary and access strategies. The role involves engaging clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders, conducting quarterly business reviews, analyzing data to optimize account strategies, and cultivating KOL relationships. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of healthcare sales, account management, or related experience, preferably in hematology or specialty healthcare, with understanding of payer dynamics, hospital landscapes, and product launches. Preferred qualifications include advanced degrees (MBA, PharmD), experience with buy-and-bill products, and engaging senior leadership. High-value specifics: Focus on bleeding and clotting disorders, complex healthcare settings, and specialty pharmaceuticals, with an emphasis on access and formulary navigation. The role entails up to 50% travel, including driving and flying to accounts, and requires successful completion of product training. Location is remote within the U.S., primarily in Wisconsin.
