Reporting into the Division Manager, the Hematology Clinical Account Specialist for Epcoritamab and Ibrutinib will build and implement territory business plans aligned with brand objectives and business goals, demonstrating strong hematology disease-state understanding and professional relationships across hematology/oncology, nursing, and office staff throughout the oncology patient care continuum. Responsibilities include building a strategic business plan with measurable objectives and action-oriented strategies, allocating resources responsibly, and maintaining compliant, ethical standards.
Key Accountabilities/Core Job Responsibilities:
- Meet/exceed assigned sales goal.
- Present approved disease state and product information using persuasive selling within Pharmacyclics Promotional Policy.
- Use sales analytics and customer intelligence to create strategic plans.
- Execute sales/marketing strategies in territory with cross-functional partners.
- Build knowledge of marketplace/territory changes and disease state/product expertise.
- Collaborate with territory partner and Genmab counterparts.
- Develop/execute call plan to meet call metrics and optimize coverage/frequency.
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
- Stay current on clinical, market, and payer developments in oncology.
- Complete required training and maintain adherence to AbbVie policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
- Maintain understanding of approved product label and disease state knowledge.
- Optimize external/internal data/tools to identify sales opportunities and program strategy.
- With legal/OEC approval, participate in local organizational programs.
- Meet healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements (e.g., background checks, drug screens, proof of immunization).
Qualifications:
- 3β5 years pharma sales experience.
- 2+ years Hematology/Oncology sales experience (preferred).
- Proven track record exceeding sales expectations.
- Consultative communication skills; competitive selling skills.

- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Regular business travel.
- Valid driverβs license; pass pre-employment drug screening and meet safe driving requirements.
