Territory: Must live within Milwaukee, WI through the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

Reporting to the Division Manager, the Hematology Clinical Account Specialist (Epcoritamab and Ibrutinib) builds and implements territory business plans aligned to brand objectives and business goals. Develops strategic business plans with measurable objectives; allocates resources and maintains compliant, ethical practices. Builds strong relationships across the oncology patient care continuum (hematologists/oncologists, nursing, office staff) and collaborates with peers and partners.

Key Accountabilities/Core Responsibilities:
- Meet/exceed assigned sales goals; present approved disease state and product information per promotional policy.
- Use sales analytics/customer intelligence to create strategic plans; execute sales/marketing strategies with cross-functional partners.
- Maintain and grow disease state/product expertise; collaborate with territory partner and Genmab counterparts.
- Build and execute call plans to achieve call metrics and optimize coverage/frequency.
- Stay current on clinical/market/payer developments; complete required training and adhere to company policies/OEC/Legal procedures.
- Understand approved product label; optimize data/tools to identify opportunities; participate in local programs with legal/OEC approval.
- Meet HCIR credentialing requirements (e.g., background checks, drug screens, immunization/vaccination).

Qualifications:
- 3–5 years pharma sales.
- 2+ years Hematology/Oncology sales (preferred).
- Proven ability to exceed sales expectations; consultative communication; competitive selling skills.
- Strong collaboration, organization, analytical/problem-solving skills; persistency/grit.
- Regular business travel.

Preferred:
- Oncology/specialty pharma experience; bachelor’s degree; account management; specialty pharmacy; healthcare/patient or consulting experience; people management/leadership; MBA/advanced degree.
