Candidates must live within the territory for this role (Madison, WI and majority of IA).
Reporting into the Division Manager, the Hematology Clinical Account Specialist for Epcoritamab and Ibrutinib will build and implement territory business plans aligned with brand objectives and business goals.
Key Accountabilities/Core Job Responsibilities:
- Build comprehensive strategic business plans with specific, measurable objectives and action-oriented strategies.
- Responsible for meeting/exceeding assigned sales goals.
- Present approved disease state and product information using persuasive selling skills (per Promotional Policy).
- Leverage sales analytics and customer intelligence to create strategic plans aligned with brand objectives.
- Execute sales and marketing strategies in the territory using cross-functional partners and approved resources.
- Develop and execute call plans to meet call metrics and optimize coverage/frequency.
- Maintain strong relationships across the oncology patient care continuum (hematologists/oncologists, nursing, office staff).
- Stay current on clinical, market, and payer developments in oncology.
- Complete required training and maintain adherence to company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
- Meet healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements (may include background checks, drug screens, proof of immunization/vaccination).
Qualifications:
- 3β5 years of Pharma Sales experience.
- 2+ years Hematology/Oncology sales experience (preferred).
- Proven track record of exceeding sales expectations.
- Consultative selling and exceptional communication skills.
- Competitive selling skills; collaborative/team orientation.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Persistency and grit; business travel regularly required (air or car).
Preferred:
- Oncology/Specialty pharma experience; Bachelorβs degree.
- Account management experience.
- Specialty Pharmacy experience.
- Healthcare industry experience.
- People management/leadership experience.
- MBA or other advanced degree.
