Territory: Must live within Madison, WI and majority of IA.

Responsibilities:
- Build and implement territory business plans aligned to brand objectives and business goals.
- Demonstrate strong hematology disease-state understanding and develop/protect relationships with hematologists/oncologists, nursing/office staff, and the oncology care continuum.
- Meet/exceed assigned sales goals; present approved disease state and product information using approved promotional policy.
- Use sales analytics/customer intelligence to create strategic plans; execute sales and marketing strategies with cross-functional partners.
- Continuously build knowledge of marketplace/territory changes and maintain product expertise.
- Collaborate with territory partner and Genmab counterparts.
- Develop and execute call plan to optimize coverage/frequency and achieve call metrics.
- Stay current on clinical, market, and payer developments relevant to oncology.
- Complete required AbbVie training and adhere to company policies and legal/OEC procedures.
- Apply approved label/disease knowledge in customer interactions; optimize data/tools to identify sales opportunities.
- With legal/OEC approval, participate in relevant local programs.
- Meet HCIR credentialing requirements (e.g., background checks, drug screens, immunization/vaccination as needed).

Qualifications (Required/Preferred):
- 3–5 years pharma sales.
- 2+ years hematology/oncology sales (preferred).
- Proven record of exceeding sales expectations.
- Consultative communication; strong organizational/analytical/problem-solving skills.
- Proven collaboration skills; persistence/grit.
- Regular business travel.

Preferred:
- Oncology/specialty pharma experience; bachelor’s degree; account management; specialty pharmacy; healthcare/patient or consulting experience; leadership/people management; MBA/advanced degree.
