Territory: Must live within Madison, WI and majority of IA.

Reporting to the Division Manager, the Hematology Clinical Account Specialist (Epcoritamab and Ibrutinib) will build and implement territory business plans aligned to brand objectives and business goals.

Key Accountabilities/Core Job Responsibilities:
- Meet/exceed assigned sales goals; present approved disease state and product information using approved promotional policies.
- Use sales analytics and customer intelligence to create strategic plans.
- Execute sales/marketing strategies using cross-functional partners and approved resources.
- Build knowledge of evolving marketplace, territory changes, and disease state/product expertise.
- Collaborate with territory partner and Genmab counterparts.
- Develop and execute call plans to achieve call metrics and optimize coverage/frequency.
- Stay current on clinical, market, and payer developments in oncology.
- Complete required AbbVie training and maintain adherence to company policies and OEC/Legal procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of approved product label and disease state; identify opportunities using external/internal tools.
- With legal/OEC approval, participate in relevant local programs.
- Meet healthcare industry representative credentialing requirements (may include background checks, drug screens, immunization proof).

Qualifications:
- 3–5 years pharma sales experience.
- 2+ years Hematology/Oncology sales experience (preferred).
- Proven track record exceeding sales expectations.
- Consultative, clear communication; competitive selling skills.
- Collaborative team environment; strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving skills.
- Persistency/grit; business travel required.

Preferred:
- Oncology/specialty pharma experience; Bachelor’s degree; account management; specialty pharmacy; healthcare/patient or consulting experience; leadership/people management; MBA/advanced degree.
