Main Responsibilities
- Set and own creation and execution of the US PA&PA Immunology strategy as a prioritized portfolio with explicit patient outcome measures.
- Set US PA&PA strategy for immunology, partner relationships, and patient-community understanding.
- Use data/evidence and decision-support platforms to connect strategy, partnerships, programs, and outcomes.
- Secure and be accountable for US PA&PA budgets across dermatology, respiratory, rhinology, gastrointestinal, allergy, and pipeline immunology; ensure disciplined planning and allocation.
- Own relationships with US patient advocacy organizations and professional societies; ensure trust through transparency, consistency, and collaboration quality.
- Translate fluency in the US patient access environment into advocacy strategy; stay ahead of evolving channels (including digital/AI-era).
- Ensure full compliance with healthcare contribution compliance requirements and corporate/industry/regulatory guidelines.
- Co-own functional strategy, talent, and operating-model decisions as part of the US PA&PA Leadership Team; carry functional accountability across Immunology franchises.
- Integrate cross-functionally to deliver one consistent voice on immunology issues; embed patient insight upstream with Immunology, Market Access, PSS, Medical Affairs, HEVA, and R&D.
- Lead US PA&PA interface with Regeneron across the Dupixent portfolio and provide alliance governance/stewardship.
- Lead/coach/retain a team of US PA&PA leads; develop capabilities (digital/AI fluency, outcomes measurement, cross-disease learning) and build succession depth.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS (scientific, public health, policy, or related); advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years progressive biopharmaceutical/adjacent healthcare experience.
- 7+ years in patient advocacy, public affairs, policy, or market access (senior advocacy strategy leadership).
- Strategic fluency in US patient access environment (Medicare dynamics, coverage design, utilization management, affordability).
- Demonstrated AI-native ways of working (uses AI daily for strategy/analysis/writing/decisions; redesigned workflows).
- Healthcare compliance experience covering industry interactions with advocacy/healthcare organizations (funding/grants/sponsorships/transparency).
- Experience in complex, highly matrixed environments; alliance/partnership experience strongly preferred.
