Patient Advocacy
Main Responsibilities
- Set and own creation/execution of US PA&PA Immunology strategy (prioritized portfolio with explicit patient outcome measures).
- Set US PA&PA strategy for immunology, partner relationships, and patient-community understanding ahead of launch.
- Use data/evidence/decision-support platforms to connect strategy, partnerships, programs, and outcomes.
- Secure and manage US PA&PA budgets across dermatology, respiratory, rhinology, gastrointestinal, allergy, and pipeline immunology; ensure disciplined planning and resource accountability.
- Own trusted partnerships with US patient advocacy organizations and professional societies; ensure compliance with healthcare contribution compliance requirements.
- Bring senior fluency in the US patient access environment (Medicare dynamics, coverage design, utilization management, affordability) to shape advocacy priorities.
- Integrate with Corporate Affairs (policy/reimbursement, government affairs, communications, health equity, CSR, global public affairs) to deliver consistent Sanofi voice.
- Lead US PA&PA interface with Regeneron across Dupixent; provide alliance governance and stewardship.
- Lead/coach/retain a team of US PA&PA leads across therapeutic areas; develop next capabilities (digital/AI fluency, outcomes measurement, cross-disease learning).

Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in scientific, public health, policy, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 15+ years progressive biopharma/adjacent healthcare experience.
- 7+ years in patient advocacy, public affairs, policy, or market access (senior strategy leadership).
- Strategic fluency in US patient access environment.
- Demonstrated AI-native ways of working (daily AI use for strategy/analysis/writing/decision-making; lead others in transformation).
- Healthcare industry compliance experience with advocacy/healthcare interactions (funding, grants, sponsorships, transparency).
- Experience in complex, highly matrixed environments; alliance/partnership experience strongly preferred.
