Role: Lead US Medical Affairs for Oncology, overseeing regional strategy, data dissemination, stakeholder engagement, and clinical trial support. Responsibilities: Manage a multi-layered medical organization (~35 home office staff and ~145 Field Medical Directors), develop and execute regional medical plans aligned with global strategies, foster strong external relationships with KOLs, support clinical development, and contribute to commercial and global asset strategies. Lead cross-functional collaboration with Global Medical, Clinical, and Commercial teams; ensure adherence to policies; and oversee budget and operational excellence. Qualifications: MD or PharmD in Oncology preferred; 10+ years in pharmaceutical industry with 5+ years in oncology; proven leadership in medical affairs, deep understanding of oncology market dynamics, clinical research, and trial design; exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; experience managing matrixed teams and regional partnerships.
