We are recruiting for Head of Supply Chain Planning, Surgery Americas (Senior Director) (primary location: Raritan, NJ).
Role:
Oversee U.S., Canada, and LATAM supply chain/planning performance; optimize planning to meet customer expectations. Lead regional critical processes including Integrated Business Planning (IBP), S&O&E, and Business Policy & Standard (BP&S). Serve as primary Supply Chain liaison with regional commercial leadership; integrate with Global BU Plan and orchestrate end-to-end supply chain to achieve business goals. Drive cross-functional improvement focused on customer-centricity, excellence in execution, and strategic management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end regional processes (IBP, S&O&E, BP&S) as primary regional DRI with commercial leadership.
- Translate customer needs into supply chain strategies; integrate with Global BU planning to deliver SC performance goals and drive corrective actions.
- Lead regional supply chain planning team; demand planning excellence; balancing demand vs. supply; product allocations; resolve major supply chain issues.
- Partner with Commercial/Quality/Franchise Supply Chain to improve New Product Implementation (NPI).
- Develop and implement product supply strategy with Surgery end-to-end supply chain (labeling, customization, lead-times, service levels).
- Improve network agility; initiate corrective actions; use FPX methodology for execution excellence; drive LEAN/process excellence.
- Support talent development and lifecycle management with Global Tech OPS.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree in engineering, business, or supply chain required.
- Advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years in complex supply chain with leadership in 2+ of: manufacturing, planning, distribution, and/or quality required.
- Customer-centric end-to-end strategy experience required; influence in matrix environments required.
- Healthcare/regulatory sector experience preferred.
- APICS/CSCP/LEAN/Six Sigma preferred.
- Travel up to 25% required.
