What You’ll Do
- Own the technology strategy, roadmap, delivery, support, and lifecycle management for Procurement and Source-to-Pay platforms.
- Partner with Procurement, Finance, GBS, Legal, Compliance, and stakeholders to translate priorities into scalable technology solutions.
- Lead the Source-to-Pay technology portfolio (sourcing, contracting, supplier management, purchasing, invoicing, approvals, integrations, reporting, analytics).
- Drive technology investments and portfolio planning (business cases, budgeting, value realization).
- Establish and govern demand management, prioritization, enhancement backlogs, and platform lifecycle planning.
- Lead cross-functional teams (product owners, business analysts, architects, engineers, support, systems integration partners).
- Oversee end-to-end delivery and technical execution (architecture, configuration, integrations, testing, data migration, release management, controls, operational readiness).
- Ensure operational excellence (reliability, supportability, performance, compliance, continuous improvement) and secure, scalable, compliant solutions aligned to enterprise architecture and SOX.
- Manage vendor and partner relationships for delivery, service levels, and business outcomes.
Who You Are / Required Skills
- BA/BS in CS/IS/Business/Engineering or related.
- 12+ years progressive IT experience with enterprise application delivery, support, roadmap ownership, and stakeholder management.
- Experience leading IT for Procurement/Source-to-Pay/Procure-to-Pay/Finance/GBS/Supply Chain.
- Hands-on leadership with Source-to-Pay platforms (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, SAP, Oracle ERP, CLM) and related capabilities (supplier management, workflow, analytics, integration, reporting).
- Experience managing systems integration partners, managed service providers, and technology vendors.
Preferred Skills
- Own/lead Source-to-Pay strategy, roadmap, implementation, enhancement portfolio, and support model.
- Modernization (digitization, workflow automation, analytics, AI-enabled solutions), integration design, global matrix team leadership, investment/business case management, and regulated SOX-controlled life sciences experience.
