Title: Head of Project Delivery
Location: Swiftwater, PA
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery of Site Smart Factory initiatives, from planning and deployment through user adoption and transition to operations.
- Lead, coach, and develop Solution Implementation Leads (SILs); build delivery capabilities including project execution, implementation excellence, and change management.
- Plan and evolve team capacity, skills, and structure; support talent development and succession planning.
- Ensure project scope and delivery timing align to Site Smart Factory roadmap and business priorities.
- Monitor delivery progress, dependencies, and risks; maintain Smart Factory Project Deployment Budget.
- Coordinate pilots, deployments, and scaling; ensure alignment with delivery models, standards, and core templates.
- Establish delivery governance (weekly reviews, monthly steering committees); provide status/risk/outcome reporting; serve as primary escalation point.
- Champion change management, ensure training/communication/support, and align Operations/SILs with global/local owners.
- Drive successful handover to Operations and Local Business System Owners after system qualification; support stabilization, operational readiness, documentation/training, and system audit readiness.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years pharmaceutical industry experience.
- 5+ years experience in Computerized System Implementation OR Project Management.
- 1+ year people management experience.
- Pharma consulting experience considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams.
- Smart Factory/digital manufacturing/transformation experience.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled and data-driven technologies.
- Strong understanding of digital solution implementation and project delivery.
- Experience with system incident and risk management.
