Operations
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of Site Smart Factory initiatives, ensuring digital solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business priorities.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Solution Implementation Leads (SILs); build delivery capabilities including project execution, implementation excellence, and change management.
- Plan and evolve team capacity, skills, and structure; support talent development and succession planning.
- Monitor delivery progress, dependencies, and risks across the portfolio; maintain the Smart Factory Project Deployment Budget.
- Translate roadmap priorities into executable delivery plans; coordinate pilots, deployments, and scaling; maintain delivery models, standards, and core templates.
- Maintain and prioritize the delivery backlog aligned to business priorities.
- Establish delivery governance (weekly reviews, monthly steering committees); provide status/risk/outcome reporting; serve as primary escalation point.
- Champion change management; ensure training, communication, and support are in place.
- Ensure handover of qualified solutions to Operations and local business system owners; support stabilization and operational readiness; ensure documentation, training/support structures, and system audit readiness.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- 5+ years in Computerized System Implementation or Project Management.
- 1+ year people management experience.
- Pharma consulting experience considered.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams.
- Smart Factory/digital manufacturing/transformation experience.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled solutions and data-driven technologies.
- Strong understanding of digital solution implementation and project delivery.
- Experience with system incident and risk management.
