Key Responsibilities:
- Lead manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, supply, cost, and people objectives.
- Ensure full compliance with cGMP and employee health and safety (EHS) requirements.
- Oversee production processes, equipment qualification, and continuous workflow optimization.
- Lead site and network projects (product launches, validation, and process improvements).
- Drive inspection readiness; participate in health authority audits and internal reviews.
- Manage budgets, project timelines, and financial performance for production and site projects.
- Build and develop high-performing teams; promote ownership and continuous improvement.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, pharmacy, or related scientific field.
- 8+ years in the pharmaceutical industry, including sterile manufacturing experience.
- 3+ years leading teams in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Experience with regulatory inspections (e.g., FDA or EMA).
- Ability to plan and manage operational processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Strong leadership and communication skills; experience developing high-performing teams.
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience or training in radiochemistry or radiopharmacy.
Compensation/Benefits:
- Salary expected: $160,300–$297,700/year; performance incentive and potential annual equity.
