Head of Privacy, AI & Data Governance

Role: Lead enterprise privacy, responsible AI governance, and trusted data stewardship for Takeda, advising executive leadership and shaping global governance frameworks. Responsibilities: develop and oversee privacy and AI governance strategies, embed privacy by design into business operations, foster responsible innovation, conduct horizon scanning on emerging regulations and technologies, collaborate across functions such as Digital, Legal, Cybersecurity, and R&D, represent Takeda externally to regulators and industry groups, and build a high-performing, inclusive team. Requirements: 15+ years in enterprise privacy, responsible AI, data governance, or digital trust within complex, regulated environments; advanced degree in a related discipline; deep expertise in global privacy laws, AI governance, cybersecurity, and emerging tech; proven leadership in organizational transformation; strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
