Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee R&D coordination and management of external evaluations, collaborations, MTAs, partnerships, and out-licensing opportunities for Sanofi Vaccines Adjuvant and mRNA platforms.
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming requests for platform evaluations, collaborations, and supply agreements; evaluate and prioritize based on scientific and strategic value.
- Partner with relevant Global Platform Leads and New Vaccines project teams to provide scientific input and develop workplans as needed.
- Partner with External R&D, Business Development, Legal to ensure appropriate governance and legal frameworks for external collaborations and partnerships.
- Document, track, and follow up on external relationships in a timely, structured way; ensure internal compliance and coordination and manage external relationship/reputation.
- Proactively scout, identify, and manage external platform out-licensing and supply opportunities.
- Lead opportunities for financial value creation by out-licensing Sanofi’s adjuvants or mRNA technologies.
- Lead cross-functional teams to evaluate opportunities and serve as the R&D lead on due diligence.
- Act as an Alliance Manager within R&D to oversee ongoing strategic partnerships.
- Ensure timely, structured documentation, tracking, and reporting for internal alignment, transparency, and compliance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Engineering, or equivalent.
- MBA preferred.
- 10+ years leadership experience in a pharmaceutical environment with exposure to R&D, Business Development, Finance, Legal, and Intellectual Property.
