Head of Pipeline Strategy, GI2

Role: Senior strategic leader responsible for developing and executing translational and discovery alliance strategies, integrating data-driven insights and AI capabilities to inform enterprise-wide decision-making. Responsibilities: lead executive framing of TA/DA strategies, oversee external narrative consistency, establish surveillance of therapeutic landscapes, and guide commercial and asset prioritization efforts, including early pipeline assessment and BD transaction governance. Requirements: Bachelor's in a science discipline; 12+ years in biopharma, management consulting, or investment banking, with extensive experience in strategic planning, pipeline analysis, financial modeling, and cross-functional engagement. Preferred: MBA, experience with early- to mid-stage pipeline, launch, lifecycle management, and familiarity with AI/GCC tools.
