Head of Information Technology

Role: Lead the company’s IT strategy during its transition from biotech development to commercial operations, focusing on enterprise applications, cybersecurity, infrastructure, validation, data governance, and digital enablement. Responsibilities: define multi-year technology roadmap aligned with business and launch readiness; oversee deployment of commercial systems (CRM, analytics, omnichannel tools); manage enterprise application lifecycle, data governance, and integration; lead cybersecurity, risk management, GxP validation, and compliance efforts; oversee IT infrastructure, cloud, networks, and service delivery; build and lead a high-performing IT organization; manage vendor relationships and budgets. Requirements: Bachelor’s in relevant field; 15+ years in IT leadership within biotech/pharma, with proven experience supporting cell therapies, CAR-T, or advanced therapies; track record scaling technology for commercial launches; expertise in enterprise applications, GxP environments, cybersecurity, and vendor management; experience in life sciences platforms and data ecosystems preferred.
