Head of Global Medical Affairs

Role: Head of Global Medical Affairs responsible for building and leading the team to support neuroscience product development and commercialization. Responsibilities: develop and execute medical strategy, establish and manage Medical Science Liaison and Medical Information teams, oversee medical communication, disease awareness, and lifecycle management; collaborate with Clinical and Commercial teams on educational materials, engagement with KOLs, medical education initiatives, and regulatory compliance; contribute to strategic planning, product launches, and external partnerships. Qualifications: MD, PhD, or PharmD; at least 15 years of global medical affairs leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on neuroscience. Skills: strong leadership, strategic vision, excellent communication, and ability to influence cross-functional teams; experience in launch and commercialization of specialty CNS drugs, regulatory interactions, and industry guidelines. High-Value: neuroscience focus, leadership in medical affairs, development support for CNS pipeline, experience with global regulatory agencies, and proven record in orchestrating medical strategies for complex brain disorders. Work Setup: remote with flexibility for travel.
