Head of Finance, US Neuroscience

Role: Senior Finance leader for Ipsen's North America Neuroscience franchise, focused on strategic financial partnership during a critical growth phase. Responsibilities include supporting market activation, launch readiness, and disciplined investment for sustainable sales and profitability; providing detailed financial analysis of market dynamics, patient insights, and growth levers; leading strategic performance reviews; overseeing financial planning cycles (5-year plans, budgets, forecasts); managing performance monitoring and financial reporting; and guiding pricing strategy, access, and contracting decisions. This role also partners with procurement to optimize costs and efficiency initiatives, while leading a Finance team of one, and contributing to North America Finance Leadership initiatives. Requirements: 12+ years of senior finance experience, preferably in high-growth or scaling biopharma contexts; proven ability translating franchise strategies into financial plans; strong expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and business case development; deep understanding of financial statements, IFRS/GAAP, and statutory accounting; prior experience in the pharmaceutical or specialty care sector is essential. Education: Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent preferred); CPA or similar certification is a plus. Skills: Excellent Excel and ERP tools (SAP, TM1 knowledge advantageous); fluent in English, with French a plus. High-Value: Biopharma experience in neuroscience, commercial environment, market access, lifecycle management, and regulatory considerations.
