Responsibilities:
- Transform deployment, Incentive Compensation (IC), and the field inquiry process into a strategic, disciplined, influential organization.
- Oversee design, development, and delivery of incentive compensation plans, field alignments, and call plans.
- Monitor and fine-tune the upgraded field inquiry process to deliver actionable insights and improve customer satisfaction.
- Establish new delivery and stakeholder-engagement standards; identify opportunities to streamline work via technology upgrades.
- Design and implement IC plans that drive strategic behaviors (e.g., market share growth, portfolio selling).
- Develop specialized deployment and incentive models for Field Market Access and Strategic Account Managers.

Required Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years’ experience in Pharmaceutical Commercial Operations with advancing responsibility.
- Deep expertise in Incentive Compensation and field deployment/alignments.
- Executive presence; able to present complex models and changes to Franchise Heads and commercial leaders.
- Experience upgrading functions across processes, people, and technology.
- Comfortable with large-scale data sets; collaborates with data scientists.
- Ability to drive transformation and strategic influence.
- People leadership experience.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base compensation range: $234,000–$322,000.
- Eligible for short- and long-term incentives (cash bonus and equity opportunities).
