Head of Employee Engagement & Corporate Site Communications

Role: VP of global employee engagement and corporate communications at Takeda, leading strategy to unify internal culture, values, and transformation communications. Responsibilities: develop and oversee enterprise-wide internal engagement, site-specific communication at major global locations, and enterprise change communication; serve as trusted advisor to senior leadership (CHRO, General Counsel, Chief Transformation Officer); lead a team of 10+ professionals; collaborate across HR, Legal, Communications, and Governance functions; and support organizational change initiatives. Qualifications: bachelor’s degree in communications or related field, 20+ years in strategic communications—preferably within biopharma or healthcare—demonstrated experience in leading global, multicultural teams, large-scale campaigns, and transformation projects; proven ability to influence C-suite leaders and develop enterprise communication frameworks.
