Head of Digital Transformation – Patient Services (PSS)

Responsibilities
- Lead strategic direction and execution for patient support program projects.
- Develop and communicate a PSS transformation roadmap.
- Inspire and lead the team to achieve strategic and operational objectives.
- Foster innovation through coaching and professional development.
- Perform horizon scanning; bring external innovations into PSS.
- Drive solutions to enhance brand support programs.
- Integrate patient support priorities with product strategies.
- Conduct marketplace/competitive assessments to inform future services.
- Identify and implement new technologies to improve efficiency.
- Oversee planning/execution of new PSS program launches.
- Lead unified PSS messaging and ensure tool/language consistency across programs.
- Monitor and measure transformation impact using data analytics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align initiatives with business objectives.
- Support implementation of patient support strategies across company teams.

Required Skills/Qualifications
- 12+ years in pharma/biotech (patient support services or related).
- Proven track record leading digital and customer experience transformation.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong organizational skills; ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- On-site presence 3X/week with some travel.

Preferred Skills
- MBA or advanced clinical degree.
- Experience leading large cross-functional commercial initiatives.
- Knowledge of technology infrastructure and digital transformation strategies.
- Salesforce Health Cloud experience (plus).
