Responsibilities
- Lead strategic direction and execution for assigned projects across all patient support programs.
- Develop and communicate a roadmap to transform the PSS ecosystem.
- Inspire and lead a team to achieve strategic and operational objectives.
- Foster innovation through coaching and professional development.
- Conduct horizon scanning and bring external innovations into PSS.
- Deliver solutions to enhance brand support programs and integrate patient support priorities with product strategies.
- Assess marketplace/competitive landscape to inform future service needs.
- Identify and implement new technologies to improve program efficiency.
- Oversee planning/execution of new program launches.
- Lead unified PSS messaging and ensure consistency in tools/language across programs.
- Monitor and measure transformation impact using data analytics; collaborate cross-functionally to align with business objectives.

Required Qualifications/Skills
- 12+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech, focused on patient support services (or related).
- Proven track record leading strategic digital and customer experience transformation initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong organizational skills; ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- On-site presence 3X/week with some travel.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills
- MBA or advanced clinical degree.
- Experience leading large cross-functional commercial initiatives.
- Understanding of technology infrastructure and digital transformation strategies.
- Salesforce Health Cloud experience (plus).
