Head of Data Strategy

Role: Senior leader responsible for developing and leading the data strategy to support biopharmaceutical commercialization efforts, with a focus on building scalable, AI-enabled data capabilities. Responsibilities: define data acquisition roadmaps, governance practices, data architecture, and product portfolios; collaborate with Digital Technology and insights teams to ensure data quality, compliance, and AI readiness; manage external data vendors; promote data fluency and adoption across commercialization functions; and translate business needs into data solutions to enhance market access, patient engagement, and in-market performance. Requirements: BA/BS (MBA preferred); 12-15+ years in biopharma data strategy, management, or analytics, with experience in data governance, platform development, and commercialization operations; deep understanding of healthcare data sources, privacy, and compliance; executive communication and stakeholder influence skills.
