Head of Data and Insights Business

Role: Lead the identification, evaluation, and development of new product opportunities at the intersection of 10x's single cell/spatial biology tools, AI, and multiomic data. Responsibilities: translate emerging datasets and AI innovations into strategic offerings, develop investment proposals, forge partnerships or M&A for capability gaps, and oversee execution. Requirements: experience with business ideation, scaling data/insights products, and familiarity with Pharma R&D or diagnostics data needs; strong product leadership, AI fluency, and understanding of biological data types such as single cell/spatial genomics; proven experience in team building, partnerships, and M&A; excellent cross-functional communication.
