Key Responsibilities
- Co-define and co-own long-term technology and data vision with Commercial and Medical Affairs.
- Lead integrated data ecosystem (real-world data, syndicated data, internal assets) and always-on insight generation linking customer behavior, engagement, outcomes, and product performance.
- Champion AI, advanced analytics, machine learning for scalable, decision-improving insights across marketing, sales, medical, and evidence generation.
- Own CRM and omnichannel platforms; orchestrate next-best actions across channels using AI; drive engagement strategies grounded in real-time, integrated data.
- Partner with Medical Affairs, R&D, and Evidence teams to inform study design, hypothesis generation, and evidence priorities.
- Build and lead teams across data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, platform engineering, and product management; establish product-focused, experimentation-based operating models.
- Ensure technology/data use complies with regulatory, privacy, and ethical standards; partner to embed guardrails for responsible AI.
Qualifications (What You Bring)
- 15+ years progressive leadership in technology/data/analytics/digital roles.
- Senior leadership experience in pharma/life sciences commercialization or medical affairs OR data-driven consulting/analytics OR data-native tech/consumer companies OR leading large complex organizations/technology portfolios.
- Deep understanding of modern data architectures, analytics platforms, and AI/ML; ability to assess real vs. hyped AI value.
- Experience integrating external (real-world/syndicated/third-party) and internal enterprise data.
- Executive presence; strategic thinker who drives execution; proven ability to build world-class technical teams; communicates clearly across technical/scientific/commercial audiences.
Compensation/Benefits (explicit)
- $355,560–$430,849; additional incentive cash/stock may be available; health, wellbeing, financial protection, and paid time off (flex time off and holidays) as described.
