The role acts as a trusted adviser to senior leadership, integrating clinical, operational, and technical perspectives to accelerate clinical trial design, conduct, and analysis. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, or related field; 8+ years in clinical R&D, informatics, or applied AI, with proven portfolio leadership and cross-functional program delivery. Skills include strategic planning, stakeholder management, clinical development lifecycle expertise, and familiarity with modern AI/ML (foundation models, LLMs). Preferred qualifications include experience embedding AI into clinical processes, vendor due diligence, change management, and hands-on clinical development. High-value biopharma specifics involve clinical Phases I–III, regulated environment considerations, and AI/ML solution evaluation. The role involves collaboration with research, clinical operations, biometrics, and regulatory teams, with a hybrid work setup and some travel expectations.
