Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of the U.S. community expansion strategy for TECVAYLI and TALVEY.
- Shape community go-to-market models (segmentation, targeting, account prioritization, engagement, activation pathways).
- Identify growth opportunities and translate market dynamics into strategy, investment priorities, and execution plans.
- Drive community activation and operational readiness (increase capacity/utilization; address workflow, infrastructure, staffing, coordination, education, reimbursement, economics, patient transitions).
- Develop scalable dosing/step-up pathways and account acceleration initiatives; monitor progress and remove barriers.
- Lead customer solutions/content/execution: resources, tools, digital solutions, narratives, playbooks, and engagement materials; improve relevance and impact.
- Partner on access, pricing, and value strategy (channel/contracting, economic modeling, contracting/pull-through).
- Enable field execution (training, segmentation/account planning tools, best practices, feedback, escalation).
- Lead cross-functional enterprise integration; establish outcomes, decision rights, milestones, risks, and ownership.
- Establish KPIs/learning agendas; manage budget/external partners; balance near-term execution with scalable capability building.
- Lead and develop the Community Expansion marketing team; foster inclusion, experimentation, and disciplined execution.
Qualifications (Required)
- Bachelorβs degree; advanced degree helpful.
- 8+ years progressive experience in pharmaceuticals/biotech/healthcare.
- Experience in marketing, market development, commercial strategy, customer engagement, sales, market access, pricing, or related discipline.
- Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to translate insights into scalable, measurable execution plans.
- Strong business/financial acumen; people leadership experience.
- Ability to travel.
Qualifications (Preferred)
- Hematology/oncology/specialty pharmaceutical/complex biologics.
- Community oncology, site-of-care activation, treatment operations, GPOs, or customer economic value strategy.
- Experience with go-to-market model development, segmentation/targeting, field capabilities, customer solutions, or launch plans.
- Legal/regulatory/healthcare compliance experience for pharmaceutical commercialization.
- Preferred: AI literacy/confidence and commitment to learning emerging technologies.
