Operations
Main Responsibilities:
- Participate in GTN reserve analysis, ensuring reserves are accurately stated, risks are identified/mitigated, and GTN rates are appropriately captured.
- Manage GTN budgeting and forecasting by collaborating with business partners, reviewing/updating brand account models, and providing variance analysis vs. Budget/Forecast and prior year.
- Provide financial analysis and insights for GTN programs, payer mix, product launches, and contract structures.
- Present monthly Gross-to-Net brand performance results to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Evaluate financial implications of pricing strategies, new market access programs, copay offers, and payer negotiations.
- Collaborate with Treasury and Customer Invoice to Cash (CI2C) to align sales, collections, and rebate forecasts with cash flow projections.
- Work across multiple SAP instances and use reporting tools (IBM Planning Analytics/TM1, BOARD, PLAI).
- Assist with deployment/integration of new tools to drive efficiency.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation; modernize GTN processes via digital tools and enhanced analytics.
- Collaborate with GTN team members to harmonize ways of working across Business Units.

About You:
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA and/or CPA preferred.

Professional Experience:
- 5+ years (preferred 7+) in financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and reporting in a multinational/matrixed organization.
- Pharmaceutical industry and/or public accounting experience highly valued.

Skills & Competencies:
- Leadership/team development.
- Strong analytical/problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to influence/collaborate across business and finance teams.
- Exceptional written/verbal communication.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; TM1, SAP, or other financial systems preferred.
- Business acumen; comfort navigating ambiguity; lead process improvement initiatives.
