Grants Manager

Role: Manage the overall Pain grants and sponsorships program within Medical Affairs, ensuring compliance with standards and SOPs. Responsibilities: oversee full lifecycle of external funding requests, coordinate grant committee meetings, assist in process enhancements, develop tracking reports, manage budgets with Finance, and support contractual and audit activities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, typically 4+ years of experience in grants management, with strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills: experience with various grant types (charitable, sponsorships, medical education), familiarity with regulatory guidelines (FDA, PhRMA, Sunshine Act), proficiency with Request Management systems, and work in the pain management space. High-Value: focus on charitable donations, sponsorships, and medical education funding in a biopharma context. Work setup: Remote-Eligible; flexible options including remote, hybrid, or on-site work.
