Role Summary

The Global Team Coordinator provides high-level coordination and administrative support to the Global Brand Lead, the Cross Indication Lead and the Indication Lead MS. This role is highly visible and acts as a liaison across indications under study for Sanofi, supporting the Global Commercial Team as it prepares for MS launches and collaborates across the organization to grow a multi-indication portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively manages calendar and invitations for cross-key meetings, coordinating across indications to maintain connection cadence.
  • Prepares key project content and pre-reads/presentations in advance to drive productive meetings.
  • Provides budget management support for the marketing team, including PO creation/tracking and monthly budget reviews.
  • Operationalizes asset governance and alignment touchpoints, supporting leadership awareness and participation at relevant meetings.
  • Supports MS marketing materials, tracking progress and delivery milestones.
  • Manages multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing and executing with minimal supervision.
  • Handles scheduling, documentation, screening, and reporting for the area, including on-site administrative support.
  • Manages calendars, events, meeting logistics (domestic/global), travel arrangements, and expense processing; maintains regular contact with counterparts.
  • Models Take the Lead values and contributes to a positive, inclusive culture; provides strong in-person communications support.
  • Maintains high confidentiality and professionalism due to sensitive initiatives with global impact.

Qualifications

  • Required: High School Diploma or GED
  • Required: 3+ years of Executive Assistant or senior administrative experience
  • Required: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Required: Strong scheduling proficiency and experience with Zoom
  • Required: SharePoint content administration experience
  • Required: Experience supporting senior-level business leaders
  • Required: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Required: High ethical standards and confidentiality
  • Required: Ability to work independently in a global, multi-site environment
  • Required: Strong prioritization and collaboration across cross-functional teams
  • Required: Team player with flexibility and adaptability
