Role: The Global Senior Director for Pharma Partnerships leads strategic alliances to advance GE HealthCare’s radiopharmaceutical assets, including FAPI and Alzheimer’s portfolios. Responsibilities: define partnership strategies, embed diagnostics in pharma pipelines, shape deal structures, and oversee governance to ensure joint objectives and value delivery. Manages senior executive relationships, leads cross-functional teams (Clinical, Regulatory, Commercial), and ensures integration across development and commercialization phases. Ensures alignment with regulatory and clinical pathways, manages partnership KPIs, and mitigates risks across clinical, operational, and commercial domains. Acts as primary alliance manager, driving long-term relationships with pharma and expanding partnership opportunities. Requirements: Extensive experience in pharmaceutical alliances, business development, or alliance management; proven ability to structure complex collaborations and influence C-suite stakeholders; strong understanding of drug and diagnostic development, regulatory pathways, and CDx strategies. Qualifications include significant experience in pharma partnership lifecycle management, with a strong track record in global, cross-functional environments. High-value specifics focus on biopharma collaborations in radiopharmaceuticals, immuno-oncology, or neurodegenerative disease contexts, supporting development from preclinical to post-market stages. Work setup is remote with no relocation assistance, with a focus on strategic, cross-functional leadership and executive engagement in a global environment.
