Role: Serve as Global Quality Program Integration Manager, overseeing critical Laboratory Transformation Initiatives within pharmaceutical manufacturing. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional and external stakeholder activities, integrating complex workstreams, managing budgets, facilitating communication and governance, tracking risks and timelines, and leading process improvements to ensure operational excellence. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; at least 8 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing/quality, with 5+ years in project management; experience with regulatory compliance, FDA/EMA inspection readiness, and laboratory systems; strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Preferred: experience with alliance project management, large multi-stakeholder projects, vendor management, and budget planning.
