Role: Global Occupational Health & Wellness Director overseeing strategy and operations for occupational health programs worldwide. Responsibilities: develop and implement global OH strategy; lead injury management and workers’ compensation programs across US, Europe, and Australia; establish global standards, clinical protocols, and governance; oversee case management, early intervention, and vendor performance; manage global health data, KPIs, and reporting; serve as a cross-functional liaison for EHS, HR, Legal, and other stakeholders; conduct strategic assessments to optimize resource utilization. Requirements: advanced clinical/scientific degree (e.g., Nurse Practitioner, Public Health, Occupational Medicine); 10+ years in occupational health leadership within multinational or regulated industries; extensive U.S. injury management and workers’ compensation experience; knowledge of Australian injury management and international OH standards (ISO 45001/45003).
