Role Summary

Global Medical Senior Director Dermatology PN-CPUO-LSC. Lead medical affairs activities for Prurigo Nodularis and related diseases, coordinating with Regeneron alliance to develop and execute global medical strategies, educational content, and launch readiness.

Responsibilities

  • Lead affiliate PN KOL identification and mapping
  • Lead the development and execution of KOL engagement programs (advisory boards, KOL scientific exchange) to understand the evolving PN medical landscape and optimize the Global Medical strategy
  • Lead the development and execution of symposia at medical congresses, medical booth development and review of medical scientific content across the dermatology indications
  • Support the development and communication of the Global Medical evidence generation strategy to address prioritized PN evidence gaps; provide operational support for Phase 4 studies in PN
  • Partner with the Scientific Communication team to ensure up-to-date educational material and timely launch activities are provided to the affiliates
  • Contribute to the review of PN materials related to medical information, independent medical education, Type 2, cross dermatology, and strategic alignment workstreams across stakeholders including marketing, HEVA, market access, communications and public affairs
  • Provide guidance and direction to third party agencies who support global tactical activities and ensure that scientific communication content (internal and external) is aligned with the Global Medical and Brand Strategy
  • Coordinate the planning, content development, and execution of training related to PN disease state, diagnosis, clinical data and competitive readiness
  • Maintain knowledge of PN market landscape, stay current on leading edge product development efforts and provide perspective to the business on the treatment landscape
  • Interact with internal functions (legal, regulatory, logistics, Medical Review Committee) and external providers to ensure planning and execution of Global Medical PN tactics according to defined timelines and budget

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in a scientific discipline (M.D., PhD or PharmD)
  • 5+ years of experience in medical affairs, preferably in larger markets; Dermatology and immunology expertise highly desired
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an international company with a complex matrix organizational environment
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (medical, global brand, market research, sales, managed markets, sales operations, business development, regulatory, R&D) and with regional/affiliate medical teams
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with international KOLs and maintain a customer-focused centric approach
