Global Medical Lead

Role: Medical Affairs Lead for Outlook Therapeutics, responsible for medical and scientific oversight during US and global launch of an FDA-approved ophthalmic treatment for wet AMD. Responsibilities include providing clinical and scientific guidance on practice patterns, managing medical review and sign-off of promotional and scientific materials, driving evidence generation strategies (including RWE and investigator-initiated research), and ensuring medical governance and compliance. The role involves building training programs for cross-functional teams, engaging with external KOLs, guiding scientific communication, and supporting market access and launch activities. Requirements: MD, PharmD, or PhD with 10+ years in Medical Affairs, Clinical, or related fields, with deep expertise in retina and evidence-generation models, and experience in medical review and sign-off. Preferred: active medical licensure, board certification (retina/ophthalmology), global market experience, familiarity with pharmacovigilance. Collaboration with senior leadership, clinical, regulatory, commercial, and market access teams.
