Role: Global Medical Director, Early Assets, leading medical strategy and scientific engagement for early-stage CNS programs targeting Huntington’s disease, CAA, and Alzheimer’s. Responsibilities: define global Medical Affairs strategy; influence clinical development, study design, and data interpretation; lead scientific engagement with stakeholders; develop relationships with international experts; oversee global expert events; collaborate on clinical operations, R&D, commercial, and pharmacovigilance; provide insights into patient pathways and treatment landscape; lead evidence generation and communication plans; support TA strategies aligned with development and commercialization. Qualifications: MD/PhD/PharmD or equivalent; 5+ years in Medical Affairs/R&D within biotech/pharmaceutical industry; deep expertise in neurological disorders; experience with early clinical development, regulatory landscape, and scientific engagement strategies; strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
