Global Medical Affairs Leader (GMAL) – Psoriatic Disease (Director) — Horsham, PA (Hybrid).

Purpose
- Leads global medical affairs strategy, clinical-commercial optimization, and lifecycle planning for guselkumab and pipeline assets.
- Develops integrated medical strategies and cross-regional plans with Regional Medical Affairs, GMA Strategy and Execution, and Clinical Development.
- Represents the medical function on key cross-functional teams (Safety Management Teams, Compound Development Teams, and the 3M team: Medical/Marketing/Market Access).

You Will Be Responsible For
- Develop and lead global medical affairs strategies and plans aligned with prioritized regional needs.
- Collaborate with Regional Medical Affairs for alignment on plans and decisions.
- Lead global publications strategy and planning (manuscripts, abstracts, posters).
- Oversee global KOL communications and speaker development.
- Review scientific materials to ensure alignment with strategy and communication quality.
- Lead global opinion leader engagement and advisory boards.
- Represent medical affairs on SMT, CDT, and GCT.
- Oversee global medical activities, including launches, congresses, and symposia.
- Ensure compliance with Johnson & Johnson compliance standards.
- Review Medical Information Core Responses.

Qualifications / Requirements
- Advanced scientific or medical degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) required.
- 8+ years of combined relevant experience in medical/clinical environments and/or scientific functions in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Global medical affairs experience strongly preferred.
- Therapeutic expertise in psoriatic disease, immunology, dermatology, or rheumatology preferred.
- Established network with therapeutic-area opinion leaders preferred.
- Launch experience preferred.
- Ability to lead matrixed, cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of clinical study methodology, data interpretation, and benefit-risk management.
- Ethical decision-making and ability to innovate in complex environments.
- Up to 25% domestic/international travel.
