Global Medical Affairs Lead, PDT Immunology (Director)

Role: Global Medical Affairs Lead for PDT Immunology, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive global medical strategy for the immunoglobulin portfolio, including PID, SID, and CIDP. Responsibilities encompass scientific communication, stakeholder engagement, evidence generation, and integrating digital health and device innovations to enhance personalized immunoglobulin treatment. The role involves collaborating across R&D, medical affairs, clinical, regulatory, safety, and regional teams, as well as engaging external stakeholders like KOLs, scientific societies, and patient groups. The position also includes medical education, advisory boards, and oversight of evidence generation activities such as clinical studies and real-world evidence projects. Requirements: Medical degree (MD, PharmD, PhD or equivalent), over 5 years in pharmaceutical medicine or medical affairs, with preference for experience in rare diseases, immunology, neurology, or hematology. Experience in global medical affairs, clinical development, and field-based roles is advantageous. The candidate should demonstrate strategic thinking, leadership in cross-functional teams, and knowledge of digital health, AI, and device innovation. The role demands excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills, with up to 30% travel. It is a hybrid position based in Cambridge, MA, with a focus on advancing patient-centered scientific strategies within a cross-disciplinary, global environment.
