Role Summary
Global Marketing Director for Global Product Strategies. Leads the development and execution of global product strategies, translating clinical evidence into commercial opportunities, guiding launch readiness, and driving insights and forecasting. Partners with cross-functional teams to optimize global-to-local execution and represents commercial needs in governance processes. This role requires global travel and may be located at GSK HQ (UK) or US locations with regional options.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global product strategies.
- Translate clinical evidence into commercial opportunities and value propositions.
- Lead scenario planning, risk analysis, and data-driven strategic refinement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Medical, R&D, Market Access, Regulatory, Insights & Analytics).
- Guide launch readiness and global launch plan development.
- Drive insights, forecasting, and competitive intelligence.
- Foster global-to-local co-creation with LOCs and agency partners.
- Represent commercial needs in governance forums.

- Preferred: Global or regional marketing experience; US market experience strongly preferred.
