Market Access
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead value assessment of Sanofiβs ALZ/neurodegenerative assets and external opportunities; recommend price and access assumptions across key markets to support forecasts, business cases, and investment decisions.
- Develop payer value propositions and early market access plans/strategies, including competitive differentiation and scenario planning.
- Contribute to Clinical Development Plans and Integrated Evidence Generation Plans to address payer needs aligned to target value proposition, access opportunities/risks, and mitigation.
- Shape the ALZ ecosystem with Public Affairs and partners to drive payer value recognition by launch, aiming for sustainable access.
- Contribute to the Early Neurology Global Market Access Sub-Team to review payer/market insights and co-create strategies.
- Serve on Global Project Teams/Commercial platforms; support asset strategy and governance (TARC, DWG, IDCC).
- Provide payer insights via market research, advisory boards, early scientific advice, and other platforms.
- Maintain knowledge of relevant scientific/clinical/commercial developments and competitors.
Required Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in life sciences, business, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years pharma/biotech experience with an accomplished track record in pricing and market access (preferably neurology/neuroscience or complex therapeutic areas).
- Experience across different payer archetypes in key markets, with deep knowledge of the US market and healthcare system.

- Strong analytical skills and pricing expertise; translate clinical information into payer access recommendations.
