Position Summary:
- Global Head of People Experience & Change – Orthopedics. Lead and design an enterprise employee experience strategy and drive global change initiatives to improve business performance, agility, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Global People Experience Strategy: Define People Experience vision aligned to business strategy/culture; redesign employee lifecycle experiences (attraction & onboarding incl. IT, growth & development, performance & feedback, career mobility, rewards & recognition, leadership transitions, wellbeing & inclusion, offboarding/alumni) using journey mapping, listening, and behavioral insights.
- Enterprise Change Management: Lead change for organizational redesign, digital/HR tech transformation, M&A/integrations/carve-outs, new operating models, workforce strategy shifts, and culture transformation; build readiness/adoption/stakeholder engagement plans.
- Employee Listening & Insights: Own engagement/pulse surveys, focus groups, sentiment analysis, targeted diagnostics; turn insights into actions; measure outcomes by BU/region/level/segment.
- Communications & Engagement: Partner with Internal Comms/executives; equip leaders with narratives/toolkits; ensure consistent global communications.
- Governance, Metrics & ROI: Set KPIs; build dashboards (adoption, engagement, readiness, productivity impact, retention, program ROI); report progress.
- Leadership & Team Building: Build global center of excellence; develop capabilities in change, experience design, communications, analytics, execution.

Required Experience:
- 15+ years progressive leadership in HR, Transformation, Employee Experience, Org Effectiveness, Consulting, or related.
- Proven enterprise global change leadership in complex matrixed orgs.
- Expertise in employee experience design and change management.
- Multinational/regional experience.
- Strong analytics to drive action; exceptional executive communication/stakeholder management.

Preferred Experience:
- Fortune 500/public company; consulting (McKinsey/BCG/Deloitte/Accenture) or transformation office.
- Healthcare/medtech/manufacturing/consumer or other regulated industries.
- M&A integration, spin-off, carve-out; HR tech platform familiarity (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, ServiceNow, etc.).
