Role: Global Director of Forecasting for Infectious Disease (ID), leading demand forecasting across early, late, and in-market assets, supporting strategic portfolio and business development decisions. Responsibilities: oversee global demand models for patients, volume, revenue; develop and refine forecast methodologies; inform stage-gate decisions, investment cases, and risk assessments; partner with cross-functional teams including Commercial, Finance, Market Access, Medical, and R&D; lead forecasting for in-licensing, partnerships, and acquisitions; manage analytics resources, drive process improvements, and embed AI/automation. Qualifications: bachelor's in Statistics, Economics, Life Sciences, or related; 4+ years in global pharma forecasting, including early and late-stage assets; experience with model building, scenario analysis, and evidence-based assumptions; strong understanding of market access, pricing, and regional dynamics; ability to communicate complex insights to senior leadership. Preferred: advanced degrees (MBA, MS, PhD), Infectious Disease experience, global stakeholder engagement, change leadership skills.
