Role Summary

Global Commercialization Director, MVI responsible for the MVI indication on the AMR/MVI team within the Nephology PDC group. Leads an integrated cross-functional team to develop and execute the MVI commercialization strategy and annual operating plan, driving sustainable global market growth for the indication across multiple nephrology indications.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the cross-functional team to develop and execute the commercialization strategy for the MVI indication in alignment with the AMR strategy and launch
  • Deliver a commercialization plan that shapes the market, facilitates scientific exchange, builds relationships, generates evidence, engages patient communities and advocacy groups, and informs public policy
  • Define a world-class launch plan ensuring organizational readiness and appropriate resource allocation
  • Coordinate with PDC Lead and Global Commercialization Leads for other indications to maximize overall asset value
  • Collaborate with regional and affiliate colleagues to support launch and patient access across global markets
  • Assess competition and identify opportunities to refine the global strategy amidst changing market dynamics
  • Partner with Global Finance to develop long-range and annual operating plans and assess business opportunities

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelorโ€™s degree; Advanced Degree preferred
  • Required: 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
  • Required: Commercial global or affiliate experience
  • Required: Prior launch experience; Experience with digital stakeholder engagement desired
  • Required: Nephrology or rare disease/immunology experience
  • Required: Anticipated travel: up to 15% international
  • Preferred: Experience working directly with or in the R&D function
  • Preferred: Strong clinical acumen with significant experience interacting with key medical experts and patient advocacy organizations
  • Preferred: Experience with rare disease business models and entrepreneurial operating environments

Education
