Global Commercial Intelligence & Strategy Operations Leader, Immunology (Horsham, Pennsylvania). Up to 10% domestic and/or international travel.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate strategic projects for the Immunology therapeutic area with accountability for delivery and business impact; oversee strategic deliverables and develop business strategies independently.
- Lead fact-based, future-market oriented situation analyses (including differentiated value propositions and target product profiles); identify data/insight gaps.
- Influence forecasting, market research, and competitive intelligence benchmarks/best practices using internal and external approaches; innovate how commercial intelligence is gathered and used.
- Develop actionable dashboards and performance-relevant metrics.
- Drive core business cycle deliverables (annual BP, G&Os, TA updates to senior executives and other reviews).
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- 12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industry required.
- Commercial function experience required (marketing, market research, forecasting, competitive intelligence, or related).
- Strong problem-solving; ability to design/structure/lead projects.
- Understanding of major pharmaceutical sector trends and dynamics.
- Credibility with senior leaders; ability to work across functional/geographic boundaries.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Track record of success in ambiguous/complex environments.
Preferred Skills:
- Business acumen (including prior P&L management).
- Immunology background.
- Building team AI literacy and confidence; commitment to learning emerging technologies (e.g., AI).
